Welcome to our first post in what will be a series of bite-sized product updates on Jube. An exciting new cloud-based fundraising CRM, crafted in direct collaboration with New Zealand fundraisers.

We’re now working hard behind the scenes to prepare Jube for our first beta launch in March 2021. A big thanks to all the wonderful people who have taken the time to share their insights and frustrations with existing solutions. Your input has allowed us to make sure we’re building a product that meets your needs and allows you to focus on the community in which you serve.

So what have we been up to lately? 🤔

Below is a snapshot of our recent developments.

Contact Management 📖

You can now create both organisations and individuals in Jube 🎉.

When adding a contact, you will be asked to select either an organisation or contact which will take you through to the corresponding record.

Both individual and organisation contacts contain basic details such as name, birthday, email and the donors fundraising cycle.

Jube supports multiple phone numbers and email addresses per contact and gives you the option to select their primary and preferred contact methods.

In development right now for the contacts feature is the addition of interests, LAI rating and custom attributes. Stay tuned for the next product update on this!

Connect contacts through relationships 🤝

Deciding to track your contacts as individuals hinges on the ability to effectively manage relationships between them.

Jube handles this through an intuitive relationship module, using natural language to describe the type of relationship between contacts.

Supporting relationships from the contact to the reciprocal and back (2-way relationship) is also on the roadmap for the beta. For now, you’ll need to go to each contact and create a relationship to link in both directions.

Subscription Management 💳

After extensive research into the best payments platform for our customers, we determined Stripe to be the most secure and user friendly.

Stripe is used by companies such as Xero, ASOS, Deliveroo & Booking.com so there’s a high chance you’ve made a payment with Stripe already. Jube subscription purchases and membership management occur through our integration with Stripe, and we don’t store your payment details on our servers.

Jube is configured to run in the cloud ☁️

Jube is being built using modern software development techniques and tooling. Jube runs on AWS, a cloud infrastructure service provided by Amazon.

This allows us to provide you with a lightning-fast experience all whilst ensuring your data is secure. Over the past few weeks, we’ve been testing both large and small contact lists in our databases to ensure we cater to non-profits of all sizes. Our next focus is moving Jube from the test environment (where we do all our new feature development) onto a live production site for our beta customers to login and experience Jube.

Beta launch details 🚀

We’re currently looking for early adopters to the Jube platform to join our beta program. You’ll be part of an exclusive group of users providing direct feedback on Jube’s current and upcoming features.

Onboarding will involve 1:1 consultations to ensure you’re setup and comfortable with the platform. We’ll be available 24/7 via an open communication channel for any questions or product feedback. It’s like having your own in-house development team!

If you’re interested in hearing more and would like to have a no-obligation call, reach out to us at hello@jubecrm.com and we’ll be in touch.

That concludes our first of many product updates, follow us here and on Facebook or Linkedin to get notified of future updates.

Best,

Dan, Ricardo & Pete aka Team Jube.
